2 mins walk to Ladywell( Zone 3) train station - 9 mins to London bridge, 15 mins to Canary wharf, 20 mins to Bank by DLR, 15 mins to Waterloo, Charing cross station. Train every 12 mins. 3 mins walk to 3 buses ,connected to the city. 12 mins walk to Lewisham DLR station. 12 mins to Crofton Park(by walk), , Brockley station(by bus) or Greenwich(by train). Close to all amenities- shops, restaurants, cafes, 3 parks near by, hospital, well known pubs etc.
Excellent area of south east London as the area is very friendly, quiet, safe neighbourhood. Living in Friendly landlady(visual Artist by profession).
Street parking is available. Need to apply for resident permit from Lewisham council.
Bike could be left at the back garden.
