The apartment is very well located being a 5-minute walk to the river, 10 to Waterloo, 15 minutes' walk to Westminster and the South Bank and 15 minutes by tube into Oxford Street.

It has a newly fitted kitchen and separate sitting/dining room with balcony.

The room comes with a big, IKEA wardrobe, under-bed storage, bedside cabinet and also a desk and chair for homeworking.

When catching the tube, the apartment is well-connected to the rest of the city: 5 minutes' walk from Lambeth North tube (Bakerloo line) and just over 10 minutes' walk to Waterloo (Northern/Jubilee lines, Waterloo & City line and Overground).

The apartment has two current full-time flatmates, one of whom has a big TV in the lounge with Netflix etc. There is also another flatmate who only stays two nights per week.

All bills are included except electricity which generally comes to around £15-20 per month per person. You also don't have to worry about the heating costs in the winter as that is included, too!
