1 Airy Double room left in house Zone 1

Hiya, the room is available from 9th May
2024. Viewings available from the 6th May. (Not sooner as the current girl is in the process of packing up and moving out).

Please only message if you are available to stay longer than 6 months, less than that will not be considered (I absolutely despise finding new housemates lol it’s the worst chore, worse than washing up!)

We have 1 Fully furnished Double room left in a house with 3 working female professionals.

Double bed, memory foam mattress, built in double wardrobe, desk & chair. Plenty of storage space.

The House
4 Bedroom house, gated front garden, back garden, 1 shared full bathroom with power shower/bath, Single toilet on ground floor.

We have 1 rabbit (toffee) and an old dog (Kyra 16) who live in the living room. (No chance of the living room being turned into a bedroom)

All bills included, council tax band F and broadband are included. There are no extra costs or bills.

About You
The usual – Clean, tidy and friendly, does dishes the same night mostly! Another quiet person would suit the house, the three of us are all very chilled out. Happy to chill out and have a chat but also appreciate our own space. Preferably someone who works out the house as 2 of us already wfh full time.

We are located between elephant & castle and Lambeth North on a quiet street. Bakerloo and northern line are 3 minutes away. London Bridge, Waterloo and Borough station are all 20 minutes away.
