I am buying a flat so leaving this fantastic split-level, well kept, 3-bed flat right near Lambeth North tube.

The area is safe, and really convenient for central London - it's super well connected by tube (5 mins away!) bus, bike - and just 15 minutes walk to the South Bank. It is right across the road from the Imperial War Museum park which is great on a sunny day. There are plenty of good pubs around including one with a roof terrace across the road from the flat.

The flat itself is modern and clean, with a good sized living room and kitchen on one floor and 3 bedrooms on the floor above.

The available bedroom is very spacious, light and comes with a bed, wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers.

Bills are just under £100 a month per person, including Council tax (£40 each pcm), Sky, broadband and a cleaner who comes every fortnight.

I expect to move out on 29 May 2019. I am looking for someone to take over the remainder of my term until 27 September 2019 (though a new contract can be entered into after that).
