I am 47 and grew up in Newcastle and work in healthcare and teaching mainly in London. My partner is 40 and Polish and works in hospitality in London. We enjoy cycling and trekking. We don’t smoke and are both very tidy and clean.

The apartment is located in a modern apartment block on Albert Embankment. Located next to Lambeth Bridge, the flat is within walking distance of Vauxhall Underground Station (5 minutes walk) and Westminster Underground Station (12 minutes walk). The full post-code is SE1 7HG. There is a grocery store on the ground floor for all your essentials.
The Costs
Two weeks deposit and references are required. The room is available with all bills are included. Rent is £350 per week. If you are looking for Monday to Friday letting then the rent can be negotiated.
