I’m moving out of my room and looking for a replacement to live with my 3 housemates, 3 good mates with full-time jobs. Start of tenancy would be in October, latest 19th.
The house is very comfortable, homely and works well as a house-share as the rooms are split across the 4 floors and it has 2 bathrooms. Alongside great housemates it’s biggest selling point is its location, being a 30 minute walk to many offices in central London (potentially saving you from the stress and cost of commuting). It is a brisk 5 minute walk to Lambeth North tube and a 10 minute walk to Vauxhall station. There is also a santander bike stand right outside.
There are a handful of great pubs and bars nearby, and you are within walking distance of southbank and Soho. There are direct buses to Shoreditch and Brixton, and pretty much anywhere in London is easily accessible.
The room is a spacious double room with good storage space and comes with its own bathroom (not ensuite). It also offers a good amount of privacy due it being on its own floor.
Cost is £850 plus bills which are approximately £70.
