Cosy double room in central Waterloo!

My name is Cecilia and I'm a professional musician and I have an amazing 3 bedroom apartment in Waterloo and I would now like to rent out 1 of my double rooms to a mon-fri lodger.

This is a super cosy private double room in central London only a stones throw away from the River Thames, London eye, all the major train/tube lines with walking distance to Covent garden, Soho and Southbank. The apartment has a very Scandinavian 'Hygge' feel about it and has the most amazing balcony terrace with sun throughout the day.

You'll have access to your own private double room, with a queen size bed, big wardrobes and a work space. The room has two windows that create a great breeze during hot summer nights. The room has a big wardrobe and storage to get rid of your suitcases and settle in properly.

You will share the bathroom, kitchen and balcony terrace with me and my flatmate Lara (a professional hair color specialist). We're both very tidy and clean and especially when it comes to the common areas. All spaces are of good size. You have all amenities like washing machine, iron, ironbound, coffee machine, household processors etc.

The flat is located in the heart of London in Waterloo. The street is called The Cut and the apartment is next to Young Vic theatre. It's a 3-4 min walk from either Waterloo station or Southwark station and you have access to 3 major stations London Waterloo, Waterloo East and Blackfriars stations + 4 underground lines (including Waterloo & City line witch takes 5min to Bank) and numerous buses.

Rent is £1000/per month including bills + internet.

We love to cook, chill out, chat and relax and we hope to find someone who is down to earth, a good communicator to come and join our space.
