En-suite double room with garden view

We have a double bedroom on the ground floor over looking the garden for rent. It’s a beautiful Georgian house located in a lovely garden square.

The room is bright and have a wardrobe, under bed storage, bookshelf and a small chest of drawers. It has its own shower room, with a toilet directly opposite the room. The toilet is in theory shared with the house, but as it’s on the ground floor, the top room bedrooms use the upstairs bathroom. You will be sharing with a boy and a girl who are both civil servants, and a girl who works in banking, which will only be at the property some of the time as she is moving back to France.

It’s very central, and both the civil servants walk to work in Whitehall, but the tube is only a 5 min walk, either Lambeth North or Elephant and castle.

The house has a big kitchen, living room and dining room, all decorated in a period style. It’s a quiet and tidy house with a weekly cleaner For all communal areas included in the rent.

No afterparties and smokers please, and guests stay within reason.
