Small but light double room available in Lambeth.

The room comes furnished with bed and desk, however, the wardrobe, drawers are in the landing adjacent to the room (this might sound weird but is not a problem at all as they are right in front of your door and you'll save a lot of space in your room). There is also a large airing cupboard which is useful for storage/drying clothes. The house itself has all the standard amenities and includes a garden with a bbq and pizza oven.

You'll be sharing with Dan, Carina and Ed. We are a friendly house who like to cook, eat and exercise together but also have our own friendship groups in London. We are all working full-time, in office or at home.

Great location close to good bus links, tube stations on three lines (Vauxhall, Kennington, Lambeth North), Vauxhall station, the River Thames and many parks. Also you can pretty much cycle to anywhere in central london in 20mins

Rent is 535 + approx. 90 bills.
