One of our lovely double rooms has become available! You will be sharing the flat with two lovely 28 year old professionals, who work in film and wine trading :)

We have made this place a home for us and are looking for a friend rather than only a flatmate. The flat has always been a place where you can sit together in the evenings to have a meal and enjoy a movie together, and we would really love to keep this vibe going.

We have been living around London, and can personally say, that we love this area the most - the neighbours, the people and just living in zone 1.

The room is 815 pcm, this includes everything with bills and a cleaner.

The room itself consists of:

- Small private balcony

The flat consists of 2 floors which has:
- Broadband
- Living room
- Bathroom and toilet
- Separate toilet
- Great storage rooms

- Large balcony
- Great views

Further details about the surroundings:
- Less than 15 min walk from 3 different tube stations (Bakerloo line, Victoria line, and Northern line)
- Only 10 min walk to a Tesco Superstore
- Only 15 min walk to the gym (appr £20)
- Great connections with tubes, buses and Boris bikes
- Amazing neighbours (we get Christmas cards!!)

I need to mention that this is a LGBT-friendly flatshare and has always been.
