About the room and flat:

• Small double room, will be unfurnished at move in but I have access to a free 1 year old mattress and a bed frame which I can happily provide, just needs transportation!
• 800 p/m for rent AND heating and hot water.
• Large living room, furnished as shown and also with a large dining table (more pics can be sent on request!)
• Beautiful large kitchen
• Good sized balcony which is a lil sun trap
• 2 min walk from Kennington Park
• 8 min walk to Oval Tube
• 10 min walk to a Tesco Superstore

About us:
We’re Lok Yee and Rachel (25, working as editor/in civil service) who are looking for a third flatmate to join a flat in Kennington/Oval. We are friends who are looking for someone who is clean/tidy and easy-going.

We both have active social lives but would love to have someone who wants a home-y vibe, to join us for a chat after work, or a weekly pub quiz together. We’d prefer someone who wants to go to parties out of the flat and to keep the flat as a safe hungover haven.

We will be working a mixture of WFH and in the office, so it would be nice to have someone who also has a similar arrangement.

The room was being used as an office by the landlords but is big enough for a double bed as drawn by Rachel (we are chill about using the living room to wfh too!)
