Looking for someone to move in from 19 Dec, but flexible for an early January start as well.
Deposit is closer to £900 due to landlord rent split.
The house:
-4 bed terrace house with 2 bathrooms/showers
-Separate living/dining room
-6 minute walk to Lambeth North, 15 to Vauxhall, 15 to Waterloo, 18 to Westminster
-Near a small park with sports courts
-Furnished by landlord and managed by an estate agency
-Council tax band E
-Utilities ~£130/month
-Lease ends 18 August 2025, but we may renew
Your room:
-1 and 3/4 bed (small double)
-Has a large desk
-Wardrobe and side table
-Faces some train tracks, but it’s not disruptive and fades into background noise quickly
Us:
-We’re all working professionals, but are best friends from university
-One American, Croatian, and Japanese/English
-We’re out of the house a lot, all of us work in the office at least a two days a week and frequently have plans in evenings/weekends, but also love to have a chat when home!
-Prefer pubs over clubbing, but are down for a sesh every so often
-We’ve lived in the house for three years and love it, our current 4th flatmate has just bought a house!
You:
-Very clean, tidy, and proactive in communal spaces (does dishes immediately, wipes up after cooking, replaces toilet roll when empty, takes out bins when full, etc)
-Happy to follow weekly rota for deep cleans
-Down for occasional flat hangouts, e. g. dinner/drinks/brunch
-Happy if we have friends over 1-2 times a month for dinner parties/other small gatherings
We do accept bribes (access to fancy appliances, nice dishware, large spice collection, barbecuing skills, etc etc)
