Unfurnished 1bed flat in Central London in Vauxhall. (Preference given to someone that would want to buy the current furniture from me)

Charming 1 bedroom flat available from the end of May, as I’m leaving the country. It is within walking distance of central London, ie. 20min to London Eye; a 9min walk to Vauxhall Station, Victoria Line+Buses+National Rail, and a 18min walk to the Northern Line.

The flat has an open space living and kitchen, with a foldable dining table and a work area.

Included in the rent will council tax (for 1 person). The amount of rent is what I currently pay, I’m not sure if the landlord will raise the rent.
