Hello! My current flatmate is moving out and I'm looking for someone to replace her, until at least the 14th of September 2024 (with the possibility of renewal after that).

A bit about me:
I'm a professional working in 3D for a film company. And will be in the office 2/3 days a week and working from home the rest of the time. I'm easy-going and tidy, I like to go out to concerts and for a drink or chill at home, watching tv/anime or playing video games.
I'm down for socialising but if you feel more comfortable keeping to yourself that is also fine.
I respect everyone's space and keep the flat clean, so I'd love to find someone with the same mindset.
Not really a party house but if you want to bring a friend over some time for dinner/hanging out that is cool.
Also a smoker (if thats an issue) but will always do it on the balcony.
