Double Room In Waterloo

Hello!

I have a small double room available in Waterloo from June 1 and then a massive double room from June 16th!

We’re 2 minutes from lambeth north station and 5 minutes from Waterloo station. The house is in an enclosed area so very safe and comes fully furnished. You’d be sharing with me, an American who moved here for their masters and has since decided to stay and work in London (I’m in international development/ cyber security!) and likely in the office most of the time. I enjoy cooking, yoga, and hosting friends! I’m looking for someone neat and respectful to fill the rooms for at least the next few months as my roommates are moving suddenly for personal reasons. The place is potentially available for longer if it’s a good fit but also suitable for short term leases ☺️ Ps: if looking for short term the rent is likely negotiable as long as you can move in close to the stated availability dates.
