Double Room in Waterloo / Southwark from August

Hello everyone, my name is Sue!

I am looking for a young female professional flatmate available to move in in mid August.

The flat:
The flat is located on the first floor. You access the building with a fob then a key to our flat. Our flat has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, the room you will be living in is bright as it’s south-facing and has a nice view of the small park behind.

In terms of our shared space, we have a bright living room looking over our quiet residential street, a bathroom with a bath, a storage room and a kitchen with a washing machine.

The bills (your share):
Rent - £1,300
Council tax band C
Bills - approx. £80

The contract will be 12 months starting August 17th, longer term negotiable.

I am open to pay the rent monthly or up front.

The neighbourhood:
The flat is located between Waterloo and Southwark station, both under 5 min walk. It’s very near The Cut & Lower Marsh, which are lively streets full of restaurants and pubs.

There’s multiple Sainsbury’s and Tescos near and an Asian grocery store (Oseyo) all under 5 min walk.

The flatmate:
I am a 25 year old working in finance. I am originally from Korea, I moved here to study at a boarding school when I was 14 (very used to sharing spaces!) After work, I usually go to pilates; if not, I will probably be in bed watching Netflix. I have a boyfriend who will stay over most Fridays but we will be very quiet and mostly will stay in my room. I also stay at his often.

I am looking for a respectful flatmate who prefers to keep the space tidy. Someone who is sociable and down to hang out, but also enjoys their own space!
