Looking for a female flatmate (not considering guys so please do not reach out).
Requirements from the landlord:
- Young working professional with a full time employment in the UK
- Has prior experience renting in the UK (important for the landlord!!)
I live with my sister and we’re looking for a flatmate for one of the rooms (bathroom to be shared with my sister:) - starting from September 7th for one year. Cleanliness and respecting personal space is important for us! Both my sister and I work, but like to socialise outside of that (drinks/ dinner/ Netflix etc) and want someone who can bring positive energy to the house! Amenities include concierge and downstairs gym, as well as an incredible view from the living area :)

Bills per month (electricity, WiFi and council tax) are ~150 pp. water is paid for by the landlord and we don’t have gas in the property.
