3 double rooms+ en-suite

2 double rooms, and one double en-suite available for rent from October, in a 6 bed, 4 bath house.
A recently renovated, modern and spacious house just a ten minute walk from Oval station, and close to Kennington park, Pure Gym and Coop food right across the street.
There are 3 floors with a guest bathroom on the ground floor. Really big kitchen with a communal table, washing machine and dishwasher too. A cosy living room with two sofas that leads to the patio, really nice sitting area especially when the weather is nice:)
The house is usually pretty quiet as it’s so big, which is lovely to come back to after a long day.
We are currently 6 students, but as some people are moving out, my housemate and I Val are looking to find new girls who would like to stay here with us for another year, as we loved it so much:). We both go to the University of the Arts London (UAL) at different campuses and because there are bus stops right outside the house it’s really convenient to get anywhere!
