I am Vandana, and i am offering my room at 7th Floor of Canterbury House. Its a 3 bedroom flat, 2 rooms are already taken by my cohorts, both are guys and professional and work at St. Thomas.

About the flat:
-Duplex Apartment
-Single room, comes with a double bed and orthopedic mattress, with a chest of drawers, a shoe cabinet and a big wardrobe cupboard.
-1 room is downstairs (already taken), beside that there is Big kitchen with a view of beautiful LONDON EYE, microwave, oven, washing machine and a huge fridge comes within the flat.
-Another 2 rooms are upstairs, one is mine and other is taken by a guy.
-My room, its a single room, full ventilation, full of windows and a door which opens to the balcony, from where we enjoy the wonderful view of the city and the fireworks at London Eye !! Yes, m serious.
- Bathroom and toilet is upstairs near my room.

Bills Not Included !!

Rent is £735 per month and bills come around £150 per person.

▪︎Since, i am moving out, so i need a good tidy tenant who can take over my place as early as possible. As i will be moving out within a week.
So, early move-in is preferred

▪︎You don't have to buy a ticket for fireworks, as you will have the privilege to view it from your room itself.

▪︎Its a great home in the central, with the beautiful views from the room itself and convenient for those who work in central or St. Thomas hospital.
