Lovely sunny room in Brixton/Clapham North

Looking for someone to take my gorgeous room in Brixton/Clapham North! Room is lovely, great size (there’s room for a desk if you need one) and has a beaut view out of the window. House is massive with a cute sunny garden round the back. You’d be sharing with five others, all between 25 – 30 and all lovely – we’re on different schedules but love a pub trip/movie night when we can! Rent is £745 a month. Wifi and water is £14 p/m and the gas and electric payment varies but is much cheaper at the moment during the summer months (e. g. £9 last month, £22 this month). Travel connections are amazing – you can be at Brixton in 10 minutes for the Victoria line or Clapham North for the Northern line, or 5 mins further gets you to Clapham High Street for the Overground. There’s also buses that get you to Peckham/Camberwell/Herne Hill in 20/25 mins so you’ve got the whole of south at your fingertips really!! Plenty of green space within walking distance (Brockwell Park, Clapham Common, Larkhall Park) and Stockwell is about a 10 min walk away. Landlord is putting in a new oven and tumble dryer next week and there’s an air fryer and coffee machine in the kitchen. Looking for someone to take over my contract asap, ideally before 10th Aug but sooner is ideal.
