Looking for a lodger for a lovely, very large room over looking the park in a quiet conservation area.
Room is big enough for a double bed and sofa area.
Clean and tidy house and looking for a grown up, calm, respectful professional person, in need of a sanctuary. Good energy and drama free.
The living room is not shared but you will have space in the bedroom for a living area as it’s very big.

There are two gorgeous cats about and plenty of space.

The room is at the top of a lovely Victorian house with a separate bathroom and very large garden.

Discount possible for cash or partial cash deal.

Monday to Friday or another pattern considered and I have another smaller room available for discussion.

Prefer someone who is out and about and not housebound all day.

Huge garden and gorgeous park with tennis courts/cafe opposite.

Brixton, Oval, Stockwell all about 15 mins walk.
