Hi! A MONTH SUBLET IN BRIXTON ✨
I’m looking for someone to sublet my room from the 27th of September until the 27th of October, but I’m flexible with dates and happy for you to crash on our couch if you need to before or after the month. I’m subletting my room because I’m going traveling.
Since it’s a short term sublet, I'm happy to lower the rent to around £950-£1050 for the month (but I'm open to discussing it further). Bills are pretty low, about £30-£40 per person per month. I live in the flat with two of my friends, Ellery and Bae, who are in their twenties and very friendly! The flat is a 2-minute walk from Loughborough Junction, a 15-minute walk to Brixton station, and a 10-minute walk to Camberwell. The location is lovely, and we have a park (Ruskin Park) just two minutes away and a bunch of cool local cafes☕️.
