Location: the house is a 5 minute walk from Lambeth North station, 10 minutes from Elephant and Castle and 15 minutes from both Kennington and Waterloo. Most of us walk to work - this city is a c. 40 min walk and Soho c. 25-30 mins. We’re surrounded by great pubs, cafes, restaurants and parks and are opposite the Imperial War Museum & its gardens.

Housemates: we are four young professionals and good friends between 27 and 30. We all mostly work in the office and WFH 1/2 times a week. The house is a home, we like socialising together and with our respective friends. We are looking for someone who would fit this vibe, contribute to the house, and hang out with the group.

The house: there are 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with the epic bath pictured) a gorgeous sitting room, a dining room and garden.

The room is £1,070 per month plus bills coming to around £130, which includes a weekly cleaner.
