One double bedroom available in a three bed flat in Waterloo/South Bank. Gated complex with shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. Waterloo and Southwark stations are less than a 10 minute walk, Covent Garden and central London is about a 15/20 minute walk.

You would be sharing with two other girls in their late twenties, both full time professionals. We’re relaxed and easy going, but clean and tidy - looking for someone similar.

Monthly rent is £884 not including bills which are about £120 per month (council tax, water, gas etc).

The flat is currently on the market but the landlord will provide minimum two month notice should it sell.
