I lived in this flat for two years and loved my time here.

Your flatmates would be Maree (Australian) and Billy (American). We all enjoy doing our own things but also like catching up in the kitchen or living room after a day of work.

The flat has a shared living room that you're more than welcome to add your own touches to, a south facing balcony looking out over a farm that catches no wind and is exquisite as soon as the sun is out and a gorgeous view of the London skyline.

The room comes with a double bed and a desk and built in storage to tuck everything away.

Bathroom and toilet are separate and we have a nice big kitchen with a big fridge/freezer.

You are walking distance from Lambeth North (bakerloo line), Waterloo (trains and tube) and Westminster (jubilee, district and circle line).

Rent right now is £610 and bills (council tax, wifi, gas, electricity and water) are between £50 - £100 depending on the season.
The rent might go up to £710, but that was negotiated a couple of months ago and still hasn't come through so will more than likely stay lower for a bit longer.

Benefits or students are not accepted, you need a working contract to be able to pass referencing.

I have already moved out so the room is available right now, however move in date can be flexible.

I loved living here as it's only a 20 minute walk to trafalgar square and in five minutes, you're on south bank with gorgeous views of Westminster and the London Eye. And honestly you won't find a room at this price in such a good location with living room and balcony.
