- Super close to Stockwell Tube (<5m walk) for the Northern and Victoria lines, great for commuting to the city, soho or west end.
- Sainsbury’s Local and a 24h Costcutter are also within a 5 minute walk.
- Clapham North is 10 minutes away on foot.
- Larkhall park is close, and Battersea Park is within running distance (a great route for 5ks!).

About the flatmates:
- Amine and Silvia are super chill, friendly, clean and tidy, and are looking for someone with a similar vibe.
- We get on well but also respect each other’s privacy. Silvia is a personal trainer, and Amine used to work in Tech but is now taking a break to study.

Rent&Contract
- The remainder of this contract runs from January to September 2025, with the option to renew afterwards.
- I’m due to move out on 22/01 because I’m leaving London, but would be flexible to move earlier in January if needed.
