- Your room has a built-in wardrobe and a standing wardrobe. The window looks directly at the Shard.
Please note, there is a cat in the property (he is very friendly and affectionate)!
The bills (your share):

Bills - approx. £115
Contract:
You will be taking over my contract (officially, with a fee which I will pay for), which is a 2 year contract with a 1 year break clause on 2025-09-17, - you can decide to leave or stay for another year then.
Please note, you must be able to pass the affordability check: £1300 x 30 = £39,000. Or you can provide a guarantor who earns more than £1300 x 40 =£52,000.
The flatmate:
Your flatmate is a 24 year old English female NHS worker who works day/night shifts (so oftentimes you will have the flat by yourself).
She is looking for a female professional, preferably in her 20s, that doesn’t WFH permanently.
The neighbourhood:
The flat is located between Waterloo and Southwark station, both under 5 min walk. It’s very near The Cut & Lower Marsh, which are lively streets full of restaurants and pubs.
There’s multiple Sainsbury’s and Tescos near and an Asian grocery store (Oseyo) all under 5 min walk.
It would be good for people commuting to St Thomas’ (10 min walk) or Guy’s Hospital (25 min walk).
