Large double room en-suite, central w concierge

Our names are Laura and Caroline. We are both professionals working as a pharmacist and technical consultant. We’re looking for someone to join our 3 bed flat to renew our tenancy for one year (minimum) as our current flatmate is moving in with their partner. We need the contract signed by end of March/ early April.

We enjoy chilled nights in together scrolling tiktok and watching movies but also like to be social and go out with our friends for both drinking / non-drinking occasions. We would like a third person who enjoys mix of socialising and quiet nights in that can join us.

We would like to meet so that we can confirm we’d be a good fit together before signing the tenancy agreement.

Vauxhall is less than a 10 minute walk away with the Victoria line and Vauxhall bus station. Westminster 20 mins walk for district line and Jubilee.
Brixton is 2 stops on the tube and Clapham the same with one change. Central is readily accessible approx 35 minute walk to Regent street. City of London ~50 minutes walk.

Located on the Embankment, well lit and safe area. We have a concierge to accept deliveries and as security. Tesco express 2 mins walk and supersize Tescos / Sainsbury’s 15 minute walk away
