Respectful, Tidy Flatmate Wanted in Central London

Looking for a new flatmate to share a beautiful two-bedroom / two-bathroom flat in Zone 1, right on the Thames. My current flatmate is moving out, so I’m hoping to find someone who is clean, tidy, and considerate, but also friendly and sociable – someone who enjoys a chat, watching TV/movies/sports together in the living room, and making the flat feel like a home rather than just a place to sleep.

Rent: £1325 per month
Bills: approx £260
Deposit: approx £1500, but TBC

The Flat:
• Prime location – Albert Embankment, right by the Thames, near Lambeth Bridge
• 15 min walk to the London Eye/Southbank, Westminster, Big Ben, and Houses of Parliament
• Nearest tube: Vauxhall (Victoria Line + National Rail), bus stops by
• Great food spots nearby
• Building has 24/7 concierge
• Split over two floors (10th & 11th), bright and spacious
• Comfortable living room with a balcony – amazing on sunny days!
• Kitchen includes a dishwasher

The Room:
• Double room with a private bathroom (separate from the room, it’s not an en-suite, but it’s yours alone)
• Includes a double bed, desk & wardrobe (will be slightly different to the photos as some of it belongs to my current flatmate - but these are provided)

Looking For:
• Someone neat, tidy, and clean – I’m not a fan of clutter and wouldn’t mind a neat freak!
• A professional with a stable job who is respectful of shared spaces
• Friendly and sociable – up for chatting, watching TV/movies/sports, and spending some time in the living room
• Preferably not a big meat/fish cook – I’m vegetarian, but you don’t have to be
• No constant guests/partners staying over (would rather not share with a couple)
• No smoking or drugs
• No permanent pets, but I don’t mind the occasional bit of dog-sitting
• Ideal age range: Late 20s to late 30s

About Me:
I’m 31, originally from New Zealand, and have been living in London for 3.5 years. I love traveling, exploring the city, and trying out new food spots. I’m a big sports fan (love watching all sorts of sports), enjoy music, gigs, theatre, museums, galleries, and going to the gym.
I work from home 2-3 days a week, and I don’t mind if you do the same.

My younger sister (a student) visits every now and then, so I’d ideally prefer to live with a woman, though it’s not a deal breaker if the right person comes along!

Move-in Date: Early April, but can be flexible
