Hey! We're looking for someone friendly and respectful to share our lovely flat with.

1 Month minimum stay.
Single: £1100/month (incl. all bills except council tax)
Couple (PREFERRED): £1600/month (incl. all bills except council tax)

Available: from November 1, 2025

I’m offering a great double room on a short walk from Kennington and Elephant & Castle tube stations. The flat has just been completely renovated, so the paint and all amenities are brand new and fresh (including a brand new kitchen and bathroom! (bathroom upgrades not showing in photos). That's also the reason for lack of decor, but it's going to start looking nicer and nicer in the coming time☺️ Me & Izzy have just moved in ourselves and we have slowly started decorating. The location is incredible and the flat is so so wonderful to live in. Please look at the video for a better image of your room and the shared spaces in the flat (the pics were taken when it was still empty and don't do it justice- it does look much cozier by now!)

**About the Room and Flat:**

✨ Shared bathroom recently partially redone (bath/shower, toilet)
✨ Brand new fully equipped kitchen with integrated appliances (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, electric hob, washer/dryer, microwave, kettle)- please bring your own pots, pans, plates, etc
✨ Balcony and shared garden
✨ High-speed Wi-Fi included
✨ Rent includes all bills except council tax (band C)

**About your flatmates**
I (Emi) am an actor, creative and fight performer- so don’t be alarmed by the odd medieval weapon on the wall (just means you’ll be safe if a zombie apocalypse happens!). I have a wide range of interests, from fossils to musicals, modelling, medieval fantasy, singing, and all things creative. I also (very) occasionally dogsit, so if you're a dog lover, bonus!

Izzy works from home for a media company. She enjoys tag rugby, pole fitness classes, reading fantasy books, getting artsy, and heading to the pub for a chilled evening.

**About how we live**
Izzy and I are good friends and have lived together previously, so we have a good house dynamic. We’re sociable but also respectful of each other’s space, downtime, and social batteries. We really value keeping the flat uncluttered, cosy, and clean, and we tidy up after ourselves. We’d love to share the space with someone who’s on the same wavelength and brings a calm, considerate, easygoing vibe to the flat.
We’re not a vegetarian or allergy-sensitive household, so we’d prefer someone who’s comfortable with all kinds of food being cooked :)
We enjoy spending time together now and then, whether it’s just having dinner at home at the same time, a movie night, heading to a market, or catching a gig- and you're absolutely welcome to join if you’d like, though there's zero pressure on any of this.
