Rent is £1300 and deposit is £1400. Rent with bills is to be paid on the 25th of each month and is deposit is required ahead of moving in. Bills are paid collectively for the flat separately an currently stands at approximately £150/person per month.

About us: We're two working professionals in separate rooms looking for either another or a couple of professionals to fill the available room. We're happy to be sociable but also private, with both of us enjoying London life and respectfully sharing the flat. We like to keep the place clean and tidy and both do our part to maintain the flat. We're both active, enjoying going to the gym, playing sport, enjoy movies, TV shows and being social with friends.

Location: Located in a great spot with a 5 minute walk to the river, 10 minutes to Lambeth North tube station and 12 minutes to Vauxhall.
