URGENT- double room free in friendly flatshare

We’re looking for new flatmates to join our flat from October 2025 and need to decide by the end of this week, please contact ASAP for a viewing!

We plan to extend our lease for another year, and you would simply replace the other flatmates in our current contract. At the moment there 2 of us (24m + 23f) and we’d prefer to keep a 50/50 gender balance (2m and 2f).

We are looking for someone who would like to be part of a sociable flat! We enjoy thrifting, cooking, clubbing, pubbing and chatting together- all the things that make living in London fun.

drumroll The HARD FACTS:
The vacant rooms are medium size double bedroom, and come with a wardrobe, a set of drawers and a double bed. The flat has a living room and separate kitchen with two full bathrooms. Everything is in a good condition with furniture and appliances that are fairly new- including an airfryer!

The price for the smaller the room is 1000 a month, the other two are 1040 per month without bills included. Bills (water, council tax, wifi and energy) come at around 80 pounds per month each.
Location-wise we are 5 minutes away from Vauxhall station and 10 mins walk from Kennington and Oval. There are plenty of amenities around, a large Tesco 1 minute away and 20 minutes to touristy sights like the Big Ben and the Tate. There are also gyms nearby and two climbing walls if you are into bouldering. The neighbourhood has a really good atmosphere, with a mix of young people and families, farmer’s market on Saturdays, nice pubs, Kennington and Vauxhall park a short walk away.

We enjoy spending time together, either cooking dinner, being outdoors or just chatting. We have a nice balance between having fun and being responsible with the flat; we love hosting people for drinks or dinner and going out together but also appreciate having a clean and tidy house :)
