Hey hey, looking for a flatmate to live with me and another new flatmate (moved in last week 14/07). Fun times hopefully! Smaller double bedroom, top floor, entire flat completely refurbished over the past year.

£830 ex. bills (£980 inc. bills - electricity/gas, water, council tax, Internet, and a cleaner every 3 weeks once confirmed).

Room size: 3.0m x 2.1m

Location: <5min walk to Clapham Common / 15min walk to Brixton / Brixton hill (generally prefer it round there tbh!). 1.5mile equal distance away from three of the nicest South London parks (Battersea / Tooting Common / Brockwell).

Always lived with girls and guys so preference towards a female though am very open minded. Appreciate a little bio on you if possible, hopefully we gel!

A bit on me/other flatmate: Both very easy going, tidy and respectful. Big runners but there is a lot of life outside of that too. Not particularly laddy lads and we really aren't bothered if you're a runner or not aha - creatives v welcome!
