I am moving out due to a new job in a different part of London so looking to replace myself within this brilliant flat!

The flat itself is three bedrooms, has a shared kitchen and living room, and a bathroom with shower and bath.

Rent - £783. This potentially may go up when the new tenancy starts in October, however has never gone up more than £25 extra a month. Bills are roughly £120 a month, this varies depending on the time of year. Flat has super fast wifi also.

Location wise - it’s literally perfect, 10 mins from Vauxhall station, which has bus, train and tube links and also Kennington station is 15 minute walk in the other direction.

You will be living with Erin (21) who is a reception and originally from Australia and Sofia (23) who works for blank street and is also a performer. Both super friendly and social.

You will join the tenancy from October and will need to complete a reference with the estate agents before moving in.
