Hi there! I'm Liz - I currently live with Claire and we're looking to replace our third flatmate Noemie, who is sadly leaving us after three long years in the flat!
About us:
We're looking for someone friendly but chill - Claire and I often go to the cinema or eat dinner together, but we also enjoy our own space. Claire works in costume and I work as a video editor in social media. If you love a glass of wine and watching something stupid on Netflix, you'll fit right in!
About the house:
This definitely isn't a party house (we're too old for that these days!), and while we do occasionally host pals for dinner, we're very respectful of the shared spaces.
We like to keep the flat clean and tidy. It's a beautiful space, and whilst it has its quirks, we're really lucky to have such a lovely spot on a peaceful, residential road. There's a big garden and a spare room/studio where we often host overnight guests, so if you've got friends and family who want to come stay, they're more than welcome!
We also have a lovely neighbourhood cat who comes to visit sometimes.
The boring bits:
Rent is £804 pcm, bills range from approx £100-£150 p/m. Council tax band D. The room is furnished.
If you're interested, shoot us a message telling us a bit about yourself - the room is available from the 22nd October.
TLDR:
