Sadly I'm moving out of this gem of a house with a lovely set of housemates as I'm moving in with my girlfriend.

Available from the 12th October onwards.

Viewings will be Thursday 9th October and 14th October.

The house is a 13 minute walk from Clapham South tube on the Northern Line and about a 15 minute walk to Clapham High Street. It is fully furnished with a large living room, lovely garden, deck, two toilets, two showers and plenty of storage space. It is also 5 mins walk to Abbeville Road amenities and 10mins walk to the lovely Clapham Common.

The room has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of draws. There is space for a small desk - And it over looks the garden.

We're young professionals in our 20s and early 30s. We often watch TV together in the evening with drinks or go to a pub. We all work hard and respect each other's work schedules which are all quite different. We're looking for someone who is relaxed and friendly easygoing.

Bills usually come to around £100 per month including internet, council tax, electricity gas and water
The deposit is £1,000
