Small double room in central London

A lovely small double room available in our cosy 4 room flat! The room comes with a small double bed and a large mirrored wardrobe, so there’s plenty of storage — though we’re ideally looking for someone who doesn’t have additional furniture, as the flat isn’t huge.

The flat itself is small but comfortable, with a separate lounge (a real bonus in London!) and everything you need to feel at home.

Bills are currently around £120 extra per person, which covers all the essentials.

You’d be sharing with friendly flatmates who mix between hybrid and office-based working, so the vibe is relaxed but respectful of each other’s space.
It is preferred if you WFH to work from your room to respect the shared spaces.
But worth noting the room itself currently doesn’t have a desk, and may be limited for space with one.


📍 Location:
We’re in a great spot — just a short walk to Lambeth North station, and Waterloo and Elephant & Castle are not far either. There are also easy bus links to Liverpool Street, Clapham Junction, and beyond.
