I am moving out from my room and looking for someone to take over the rest of my tenancy (expiring in September 2026, extendable upon negotiation with the landlord).

The flat is located 8 mins by walk from North Lambeth station and 10 mins from E&C. Room is spacious, bright, very quiet (facing the back garden), and has plenty of storage.

You will be living with a flatmate who is a young professional working in consulting. She is very friendly and tidy.

Move-in date flexible starting from mid-November onwards.

For bills you are looking at around 160 per month's inclusive of council tax.
