Cosy room in lovely 3 bed flat

Hi all,

We have a cosy double room available in our light, bright and spacious 3 bed flat.

About us: We are both young professionals - working Mon-Fri with a mixed wfh and in the office pattern. We have lived here together for a year and a half - We love the flat and our current housemate is only moving as she's becoming a digital nomad so we are looking for a social young professional to replace her. This place is our home and we're looking for someone who is as much a friend as a housemate.

We both have fairly busy schedules - Katie works for the civil service and enjoys cycling and swimming at Brockwell lido in her spare time, Johanna is a lawyer and enjoys the theatre and weekend brunching. We are often out socialising on the weekends and enjoy going out for dinner/drinks in both Brixton and Clapham.

Looking for: Female, young professional with similar working pattern and sociable person, interested in moving in long term and becoming friends with their housemates. We have a weekly cleaning rota, and are looking for someone equally tidy / clean (but nothing out of the ordinary!). You'll be sharing a bathroom with one other flatmate.

Move in date: Mid January but there is some flex.

Note: Bills are an additional £135 per month. This includes: gas, electric, water, council tax and internet. Deposit is £1,000. Rent for the room is currently £850 (although we would expect this to go up slightly from 1 June 2026 when the lease is up for renewal).

Various bus routes into central and across SW London.
