Room for rent, <5 mins from Waterloo Station

I'm moving out and looking for someone to replace me. There are 2 rooms in the house, one occupied by my sister and the other by me. My sister is still a student, graduating summer 2026 and plans to stay in London for work. Very central location, just minutes away from the Waterloo Station, with shops and restaurants nearby. The house has a big living room with 2 sofas. No dining table. There's a communal garden. Our house is on the ground floor so easily accessible. The room is cosy and quite spacious with a window overlooking the garden. We are looking for someone to move in asap, preferably a female/couple. Council tax band is D. Please contact me via email.
