Unfortunately I’m having to leave my lovely flat in Waterloo.
You could literally not be anymore central in this flat and you will not find rent as cheap anywhere else in the area.
Lower marsh is 2 minutes away with bars, cafes, restaurants and shops on your door step.
I will be moving out on the 8th so you will need to move in on that date for a seamless transition for the landlord if possible. This can be discussed however.
All bills are included with the rent and the room even has its own BT WiFi box!
