The house is on a quiet residential street and full of friendly, creative people who enjoy getting together every now and then. At the moment four are actors and one is a filmmaker.

From the 1st Jan the room will be on a 12 month lease with the landlord, but you are free to leave before then if you find someone to fill the room.
