I am looking for two new flatmates to move into a bright, spacious apartment from February 2026, located in the sought-after Parliament View Apartments — and yes, the name says it all: the flat offers direct views of the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben.
Location:
- 10–15 minutes’ walk to Westminster Station
- 10 minutes’ walk to Vauxhall Station
- Central London location with excellent transport links, while still feeling calm and residential
The Apartment:
- Large, comfortable living room with dining table, sofas, and a dedicated work-from-home desk for the person that will be in the small bedroom (£1100). The other bedroom has a desk.
- Fully equipped kitchen including:
- Hob
- Washing machine
- Dishwasher
- Microwave
- Fridge & freezer
- Two bedrooms with two double beds, sharing a clean, modern bathroom with WC
- We already have --> drying rack (x2), iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner
- Additional storage cupboard in the entrance hall, usually reserved for the occupant of the smaller room to ensure fair storage space
Building Amenities:
- Well-equipped on-site gym (treadmills, dumbbells up to 40kg, bench press, elliptical bike, etc.)
- 24/7 concierge, very convenient for parcel deliveries and added security
Costs:
- Total rent: £3,748 per month
- Smaller bedroom: £1,100
- Medium bedroom: £1,200
- Council tax: £326 per month in total (Tax band --> G)
- Energy bills: approx. £80 per month in summer, £105 per month in winter in total
