Spacious 20sqm double room in a shared flat, located 5 minutes from Elephant & Castle station (near the roundabout). The room is bright and fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, cupboards, desk, chair, bedside tables, and stool. Ideal for anyone needing a dedicated workspace. We have two bathrooms and a big kitchen with a big dining table.

You will be sharing with four others: three postgraduate students and one young professional. We are a focused, tidy, and friendly household. While we all have busy individual schedules, we value the social aspect of living together and aren't just looking for someone who stays in their room. We enjoy the occasional shared meal, a drink, or a casual hangout, and it is important to us that we get along well as a group. Please note though that we are not a "party house" and prefer a relaxed, respectful atmosphere at home.

We are looking to hold viewings starting from 29 December.

Bills: Not included (around £40-50).

Contract: 12-month minimum term.

We have a strong preference for a young professional to maintain the balance of the house. You should be clean, reliable, and looking for a long-term home. Couples or undergraduate students are not really suited therefore.
