Specious Room Rent Waterloo

4 bedroom house in a three floors luxurious house. This room located at the top floor with huge windows overlooking the garden.
There are bathrooms in the house (1 in an ensuite) so you will share the rest with another 2 girls.

I’ve been living here for over a year and now moving out to live with my boyfriend. Bills come around 150 per month with a cleaner comes once every two weeks.

I love the garden and living room, it’s quite sunny. The area is next door to Imperial War Museum. There are many restaurants and parks around. Gym is at 5mins walking distance to many options.

This house is shared among females aged 27-31, we all respected each other and sometimes share a conversation and meals in the living room.

Great spotlight of this house is the garden where you can enjoy a sunbath and barbecue over the summer. The furniture you see in the picture include bed etc is for sell for another £200 they were purchased brand new when I moved in which need to be taken by the next tenant.

Contract can be renewed post November, you’ll need to do a reference check which the agency will arrange.

(I also do flexible rent which will be £40 per day)
