Our wonderful flatmate is moving out, so we are looking for a respectful and tidy young professional to join our joint tenancy in our lovely 3-bed flat. Ideally, we’re hoping for a woman in her mid-late 20s or early 30s.

Rent: £940 per month
Bills: approx. £100 per month (incl. Water, electric/gas, Council Tax, and broadband), but this varies seasonally (higher in the winter)

Move-in date: February 13, 2026

About the flat:
The flat is perfectly located between Brixton Station and Clapham North, with a big Tesco and Lidl just a 5-7 min walk away, and both Brixton and Clapham high streets within easy walking distance. Central London is under 30 minutes away.

About the room:
A good-sized room with a high ceiling. It comes furnished with a queen-sized bed, large wardrobe, a desk, and a bedside dresser.

Who you will be living with:
You’ll be living with me (26) and Adriana (26). We are young professionals working in research and charity. Adriana is Greek-Canadian, and I’m English, and we’ve been living together for just under a year.
We enjoy movie nights, the occasional pint at the local pub (there’s an excellent beer garden a stone’s throw away), and sometimes having friends over - but we also really value our own space. We’re looking for someone friendly and easy-going who enjoys the occasional hangout and wants to help create a cosy, relaxed flat atmosphere.
Interests: music, cooking, reading, art, films, bars/pubs, gaming, gardening/plant care.

We are looking for someone to move in on February 13. We are renewing our tenancy agreement starting that day, initially for a year, with a high probability of extension (new legislation around all rental agreements switching to rolling basis coming in the spring!).

Please note there is also a deposit of £1,084.53.
