Peaceful Large Double Room in Lambeth North

We’re looking for a like-minded flatmate to join our calm, respectful, queer-friendly household. There are currently four of us, 2 males and 2 females, who are in mixed professions and are people who value a peaceful home. You would be taking over from me in a large double room

Our flat is peaceful, friendly, and emotionally considerate. We enjoy chats, laughs, and the occasional shared moment. We’re queer-affirming, neurodivergent-friendly, and big on mutual respect and clear communication.

The room:
- Large double room, unfinished, (bed frame could possibly be left)
- Bright room with a two windows
- Lots of natural light throughout the day
- Very quiet (no road noise)
- Great if you appreciate a calm space and good sleep

The flat
- Comfortable, well-kept, and genuinely homely
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Dishwasher
- Washer/dryer
- Living/dining room with large table, desk and room for bikes and other hobbies and interests
- Shared Spaces are treated with care
-Garden and Patio

Location – Zone 1
- Super well connected, while still feeling quiet and residential.
- 6-10 mins walk to Sainsbury’s, Tesco
- Lambeth North 7-10 mins walk (Bakerloo line)
- Elephant & Castle 8-10 mins walk (Northern, Bakerloo and national rail)
- Waterloo Station 15-20 mins walk
- Bus routes: 3,59,159,360, N3, N109 and more

Bills come up to approx £110-120 per person a month. This includes gas and electric, council tax and WiFi
You would be taking over my contract which is till end of August, and there are options to renew after
