I’m looking for a replacement tenant to take over my contract for a furnished room in County Hall (SE1 7GL).

- Contract until 31 July 2026
- Renewal afterwards can be discussed with the agency
- Walking distance to Waterloo, Lambeth North and Westminster stations
- Great central London location near the London Eye, Big Ben and the River Thames
- Convenient for LSE, KCL and other central London universities
- Close to supermarkets, restaurants and transport links

As this is a replacement tenant arrangement, you would need to take over my deposit payment of £1,875.

The protected deposit currently held by the agency is £2,004.81 and will be handled through the usual check-out process at the end of the tenancy.

The flat currently has only basic furniture, and the photos are for layout reference only. Viewings are welcome.
