Hi,
I’m looking for a replacement tenant to take over my contract for a furnished room in County Hall (SE1 7GL).
- £375 per week
- Bills not included (utilities usually around £40–70/month)
- Wi-Fi included
- Council tax - Lambeth band F (around £123/month per person)
- Available from now
- Contract until 31 July 2026
- Renewal afterwards can be discussed with the agency
- Walking distance to Waterloo, Lambeth North and Westminster stations
- Great central London location near the London Eye, Big Ben and the River Thames
- Convenient for LSE, KCL and other central London universities
- Close to supermarkets, restaurants and transport links
As this is a replacement tenant arrangement:
- If you only plan to stay until the current tenancy ends on 31 July 2026, you would need to reimburse me £750.
- If you would like to renew and continue the tenancy after 31 July 2026, you would need to reimburse me the full deposit amount of £1,875.
Please note that if you choose to renew the tenancy after 31 July 2026, you would also need to arrange your own flatmate for the renewal tenancy.
The protected deposit currently held by the agency is £2,004.81 and would be handled through the usual check-out process at the end of the tenancy.
The flat currently has only basic furniture, and the photos are for layout reference only. Viewings are welcome.
