Double Room with Private Bathroom Available in New Build House – Kings Avenue, SW4

Hi, I’m a current tenant of this house and, after 3 very enjoyable years, I’m moving out in August. I’m looking for someone to take over my room.

The room is a double bedroom with its own private bathroom in a modern 3-bedroom new-build house on Kings Avenue. The tenancy would be a rolling 1-year lease starting in January, with the successful person joining the existing tenancy alongside the other two housemates. As required by the landlord, the new tenant will need to complete the usual background checks.

The housemates
You’d be living with two men in their early thirties. One works in robotics and the other in property. They’re both active and enjoy playing and watching a variety of sports, as well as music, travelling, and generally making the most of London.

The house is a relaxed and friendly place. It’s generally quiet during the week, while weekends are more social with people often out seeing friends or enjoying the city.
