Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my room as I unfortunately need to leave the UK sooner than expected due to unforeseen visa circumstances.

The tenancy contract runs until December 2024, but my rent is already paid until 11 September 2024, so I’m looking for a replacement tenant who can move in soon and take over the room/tenancy from me.

The room is in a lovely shared property and would be ideal for a student or professional looking for a comfortable place to stay.

The location is amazing as it is 15 mins from Central London, you can also see the Big Ben and London Eye if you walk 10 mins from the room.
Bus and underground tube stations are 8 mins walk.
Facilities available: large Tesco only 10 mins walk away.
Room comes with a queen size bed, a wardrobe, two drawer chests, and a good condition working fan, hoover, and a clothes steamer.
The current tenants are 2 girls, 1 boys; from India, Pakistan, and China.
